Vincent Management Group and Associates, Incorporated is owned and operated by Shannon and Anita Vincent. Since 2005, this husband-and-wife team has worked together to bring their expertise as business owners to multiple industries serving over 300 clients nationwide.
Anita Vincent
Anita is a doctoral candidate for a Ph.D. in Psychology. She is an ordained minister and earned a Doctor of Ministry (DMin) in Christian Counseling. Anita is a state licensed counselor with a Master of Arts in Psychology and experience as a certified counselor in employee assistance programs. Prior to earning her doctorate degree, she was a licensed nurse for over 30 years. In addition, she holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration. Dr. Vincent has been a consultant to various senior living organizations since 2008 and held positions such as Vice President of Operations and Sales and Divisional Resident Service Specialist.
Shannon Vincent
Shannon holds a master's degree in Health Psychology and a post-graduate certificate in Addictions Studies. He has been a licensed nurse for over 10 years. His background includes healthcare compliance and Dementia Care. Shannon has worked as the Assistant Director of Nursing in skilled nursing and Memory Care Director in Senior Living communities. As a certified dementia practitioner, he is dedicated to being an advocate for seniors with a diagnosis of Alzheimer's Disease and related disorders.
