BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Vincent prides herself in advocating for the rights of individuals to have the quality of life they deserve. She sits on national committees and advocacy boards and conducts training for healthcare professionals and clinicians.

​Dr. Vincent holds a Doctor of Ministry (DMin).

The Reverend Dr. Anita Vincent was the pastor of New Hope and Healing Church.

​

A graduate of Northcentral University with a Master’s Degree in Psychology, MBA in Healthcare Administration, and doctoral candidate for a Ph.D. in Psychology. Anita has been a licensed nurse for 30 years and is currently licensed as Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with IC&RC, and credentialed as a Supervising Counselor.

Dr. Vincent is a highly regarded health care consultant, author, and speaker. She has lectured at many conferences nationwide and been featured in a variety of publications. Dr. Vincent owns and operates a secondary faith-based school and two post-secondary colleges.

“My passion is to educate and train those who are trusted to care for our loved ones. By doing this, I can empower them with the tools necessary to provide the type of care everyone deserves.”

 

This program and concept are based on the “Rudimentary Principles of Care”, known as the Vincent RPC Model.

Dr. Vincent lives with her husband, Shannon Vincent whom she contributes most of her success. "Married at the age of 17 and divorced twice before the age of 26, I never thought I would have someone in my life that would support me and love me unconditionally. I found this in my husband, my best friend, business partner, and love of my life."-Anita

She has twin girls, Shatara and Shatondra. "At the age of 17, I became a mom to these two beautiful little people who are now 30 years old. Now, as adults, I learn from their ambition, courage, and desire to continue to break the generational curses that have plagued our family. Together, we strive to communicate our feelings, encourage growth and emphasize education."-Anita

10 years later, her youngest daughter, Kayla-referred to as her "miracle baby and now 20 years old, quickly became the missing link to completing her family. "Kayla challenges me every day. I admire her strength and she admires my credit card(smile). She is a very talented hair stylist and loves animals." I know how blessed I am to be a mom and wife to these wonderful people."-Anita
