About Us

Serving students for over 15 years, Vincent Career Training Institute became the first school within the Legacy Academic System. The school was founded by Anita Vincent. Dr. Vincent had the goal to create a program that would allow individuals to take short courses that led to certifications in fields that would enable professional development and create an opportunity for career advancement.

Ten years later, Anita set out on a path of spiritual enrichment and attended a small religious school in Florida, where she completed a Doctoral Degree in Ministry and Christian Education. She was so enlightened by the experience that she purchased the school shortly after graduating. That same year, Vincent Technical High School was added to the portfolio, completing the Legacy Academic System portfolio of schools.

"I don't believe we are done yet. I am currently working on licensing Vincent Career College, an international school, and Legacy Primary Schools.  With the addition of these schools, we will open the doors to many opportunities for our current students seeking childcare and providing a US accredited college to our students in Canada and the Caribbean Islands."- Dr. Vincent
