Our Leadership Team
President
Our President has been a nurse for over 25 years. She holds a master's in business administration with an emphasis in health care administration. She is completing her doctoral degree. As an author, healthcare consultant and successful entrepreneur, she has worked in both long term care and acute care settings.
Vice President
Our Vice President has been a nurse for over 5 years. He has an extensive background in quality assurance and auditing with a passion for seniors and those living with dementia. With a bachelor's degree in psychology, his goal is to understand the changing needs of seniors as it relates to training staff to be competent care providers.
Director of Nursing
As a family-owned business, we are proud that our Director of Nursing is the daughter of our owners. She is an RN who holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a dual degree in Community and Mental Health. She is on a completion path to a Masters in Nurse Management.

Director of Finance
Our Director of Finance is the daughter of our owners and holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the well known Pace University Lubin School of business in New York City.
